On behalf of the owners we are pleased to offer for sale this well finished 4" Steam Traction World Burrell Showmans engine, the engine has seen minimal use having been steamed for testing purposes when first built and then put on display in the Steam Traction World showroom.
The engine is currently going through our workshop being fully re-commisioned for use for the 2025 rally season, it will come with a full hydraulic and steam test by an independent inspector and like all our ready to rally engines be supplied with a full set of firing irons, tube brush, driving seat, coal, oil and a days tuition included.
Based on the largest of Burrells Showmans offerings the Scenic comes out a big and powerful engine in this scale, it is notable bigger than the Plastows Fowler Showmans and a real step up in terms of size and useability from a 4" Traction Engine.
Viewing is welcomed at our premises in Suffolk and we expect all works to be completed by the end of January. Where possible we would be happy to consider all steam and vintage vehicles part exchange and nationwide delivery or export are also available if required.
